Electricity had been returned to in excess of 800,000 citizens by the weekend and the biggest power firm stated the primary work to recover electricity was complete though partial blackouts remained.

Anti-Aircraft Efforts and Drone Downings

Ukraine's anti-aircraft systems neutralized fifty-four of 78 total Russian drones launched towards the country during the night, the aerial defense command announced on the weekend.

The Russian military authorities stated it intercepted 42 enemy UAVs from Ukraine over the country's airspace.

Cuban Government Denies Allegations of Providing Forces to the War

Havana on Saturday denied American claims it has sent soldiers to engage in the Ukraine war, while affirming officials in Havana "do not have accurate information about individuals" involved "independently" or "in the military forces of either party".
